I would like to have this tomos myself

problems again
since I corrected the port durations, i had many problems but we solved all out
now: when i drive with full power, in benzin filter i cant see benzin
then motor turns off, i need to shake benzin pipe and then benzin starts runing in carb

anyone know what is that?

update: new exhaust almost finished

im looking for 85km/h, which is fine to me

85 is nice. I get top speed of 65 with 50cc engine, so you should get 85 easy with that setup.

8000rpm in 1. gear and 9000rpm in 2. gear which means Top Speed around 75km/h
Top speed isnt so important to me, i like good starting...
maybe in the future, i will buy PVL ignition, better/bigger modification of port's duration...

Today i took off the clutch of 1.gear which is modificated with leather, it looks same as when i put it on
I recommend leather

That last pic is sweet. That exhaust looks perfect on the moped.
I also want to do my clutch with leather, i heard it is much better.
My 50cc does 65 km/h at 8100 rpm with 26 gear front, and 22 rear. What gears do you have now?

huge improvement from stock springs, very satisfied
motor start driving at 4400-4700rpm, at 5300 header starts working, and then 1. gear to 8000rpm
and 2. gear to 9400, which is 78km/h

Good idea to use those springs. Maybe i will do that too, looks like the KTM race clutch for Tomos.

carb: Dellorto PHBG 21DS with minarelli reed valve (malossi)
ignition: PVL
1. and 2. gear clutch modification
exhaust: Homemade Homoet P6- soon calculated for my cylinder

I have a question for ya:
What clutch covering do you use- i use leather, but had problems with glue
What do you recommend with good grip... What glue do you use?
