2006 Flexer shifts gear too early!

Hello,
I write in english, hope its ok My flexer 2006 shifts gear too early... i want it to shift around 20-25 km/h, but it shifts at 5-10 km/h, and the other way around.. down at 10, instead of 25..

Anyone know where to buy new springs for the gearbox? Or harder springs

I accidently cut the spring too much, so need new spring....

you can shorten the spring bij a few mm's (the more you remove from the spring the later it will shift)

be careful not too shorten it to much, use incremental steps and stop when youre satisfied.

you will need some leverage to get the shortened spring back around it.

you need a new clutch, its complete worn out.

i did not see the picture (was on mobile), melvin is right, the clutchlining is completly gone, when you search the wiki here you can see how you can make your own lining (or just order it)

Oops, i forgot to say, the image was only to represent how the spring looks like. Not my clutch. I will take a picture of mine.. one second

Edit: Here is MY clutch this time. Also, I cut the spring too much so I need a new one :/

@ 15melvin15: On what base do you say that the clutch is completely worn? As far as i can see at the picture i noticed that only the main spring is cut at the end. The cork on the segments is fine as far as i can assess.

Just buy a new spring, or get a second hand one from another part. You can try to bend the broken end to a new hookloop.

Thanks all for help! Springs are ordered. I will get back once they are mounted with the result.. might take a while, because I dont have so much time to work with my moped right now.
