I have a 2006 Tomos Flexer, and I need wiring diagram how to connect the engine to the cdi-unit and the "silver-thing" that makes AC to DC (or the other way around).

Your part is located in the top right of the image called "Spanningregelaar 12V 60W". Wiring is from left to right: Blue/Blue (D+ from ignition), Yellow/Yellow (12volts AC), White (12volts DC) and Brown/Brown (Ground). On the terminals of the "Silver thing" which are labeled you can connect the wiring to
