It's top speed is 40mph (60kmh?) I want it to go faster though. I want to be able to hit 50mph by the end of the summer!

The age-limit for mopeds is 16 years old with a valid drivers permit. You dont need a real drivers license, no insurance, and no inspection. You just need a "registration" sticker in Massachusetts, other states require you to list them as a motorcycle, but Massachusetts allows it to go for a "motorized bicycle" if it has under 50cc's.

I'll post some pics when it's all done, I've got some Tomos Revival Shocks, Headlight, Speedometer Housing, and other little parts coming. Should look pretty cool when I'm done .

Yes, That's one hell of a dope Tomos! That's nice you don't need insurance and stuff. Well we do, There are a lot of mopeds in holland so the rules about mopeds suck. You can't do anything.
By the way, What does a technigas next cost in Massachusets?

A new Technigas next is about $150 USD.

Actually, the Technigas Next "R" is about 150 dollars, the plain-old Technigas Next runs between 90 and 115 depending on where you get it!

I'll post more pics in the "Project" forum when I'm done with it .

but turn your front light mounting irons upside down. it will lower your lamp and then its looks better in total

Jboy, what's a Lexux light? you mean like the car??? Got a pic?

A lexus light is a normal tomos rear light only than with a bright white cover (and the lamps in it are a bit different)
They are named after the lights of the lexus cars, it is the same style

The only thing i don't like is the color of your seat you should change it in the samen color as your rims.

for some reason it makes me think of a Honda MBX ....
