Tomos Flexer Blinkers/Knipperlicht

Hello, I'd like to mount some blinkers on my Tomos Flexer SM25, it does not have a battery? Can I just put on the blinkers and plug them in for them to work and if so where are the cables hidden? Would I need to buy a relay for them or?.. And by the way is there any way I can plug in a battery too. I'm sick of the lights and horn barely working when I am standing still with it
