Need help (Tomos Sport'r)

Good evening,
I'm from germany and I need help with a tomos mofa.
A friend of mine has bought a tomos Sport'r. He was fooled and payed much more than the bike was actually worth. The crankshaft is broken and I need a new one. I found a spareparts website but I didn't found any spareparts for the Sport'r.

Do the Flexer and the Sport'r have the same engine?

Can I use the the same spareparts?

Indeed, the engine is the same.
