whats the advantage of a homoet? why even suggest it if i have a tecnigas already?

A homoet? ive seen one and it looks almost like a stock exhaust. Is it better then a tecnigas next and techno estoril? Ive seen one for sale, but its for a puch... and it attaches on the left side of the moped...would i be able to use that? IVe never heard of the homoet before... could you guys tell...

Ya, turned out that the new exhaust was incorrectly made... the pipe was too narrow, and so i shipped it back. I will be replacing it with a Techno Estoril exhaust. Good choice?

Hi, I attached the new exhaust on, and i must say something seems to be wrong. Overall performance from start up to top end is reduced. I got the chrome fenders a few days ago, and have cut them to size. Here is an update of how it currently looks. Got a new tail light, (which i had to paint a bit... so is now drying in the sun). Ok, i removed 2 cm from the 1st gear spring, and now im having a problem. I cant get it back onto the clutch. Not only is the spring shorter, its also new and very stiff. Any suggestions on how i can put it back on? any recommended methods?

do you mean "no its not too much to remove" or "no i should not cut that much off"?

how would that help brake pads? There are no fluids to escape the surface, so what would be the point?

I cant say for sure the grooves help, cause the improvement i am noticing could also be from shortening the springs. Ya, i cut diagnal groves into the clutch shoe so that the transmission oil on the pads has a quicker escape route.

what type of transmission fluid do you guys recommend? Im using ATF type F. is that alright?

ok, can someone explain this to me. How does shortening the springs help? If i shorten the springs, wont it take more rpm (ie more time) for the spring to stretch out? Wouldnt you want to lengthen it??? i dont understand the mechanics of how shortening the spring would boost performance.

i got the partial refund for the nos. I will leave that for another time. Can anyone help me with my above questions regarding clutch spring adjustment?
